From the beginning to the end of this process, they made sure that we understood exactly what was happening throughout the entire process - giving us daily updates of what the team was working on, and kept us in the loop regarding permits and city inspections. Since it was an entire house renovation, my husband and I anticipated extra expenses might arise; however the owner, Ali, and his team worked closely with us to make sure that financing worked with us. We asked Renovate Max to perform a whole house renovation, after my sister's family had used them for a complete kitchen remodel a couple of years ago with great results. Having to pick a contractor to do a whole house renovation project is really beyond difficult because they're suppose to be highly good at what they do and you have to make sure their professional above all. Renovate Max helped us renovate our Kitchen. We had many offers, but none of them were detailed and outlined like from Ali. He was very patient and easy to work with. He explained well the difficulties you experience from a renovation. Renovations don't go exactly as expected sometimes, but Ali was willing to work with us to find the proper solution. We are very well satisfied with how our kitchen turned out.

When I was looking for a contractor,I had many of them came to the house to bid for the project, Ali from Renovate Max came with many sample of tiles and doors. He was extremely patient and detailed. He gave us a pretty good quote. He helped us made some changes to the design, which turn out great, all thanks to him. Through out the project, many small issues here and there, Ali was always there to help us resolved the issues. We are very happy with our beautiful and modern kitchen!
